Is it really free right now?
Yes — during early access the Novisly app is free. You only pay VAPI for the voice minutes you use, billed by VAPI under your own account.
Do I need a VAPI subscription?
You need a VAPI account and API key. Novisly uses it to place calls, so your numbers and per-minute rates stay under your control.
What happens when early access ends?
We’ll publish paid plans with plenty of notice. Early adopters keep preferential pricing as a thank-you for building with us early.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Uninstall from HubSpot whenever you like; you can also request deletion of your data. See our Privacy Policy.
