Novisly places AI voice phone calls automatically when a HubSpot deal reaches a chosen pipeline stage, then writes the outcome — transcript, summary, success evaluation and extracted data — back to the deal.

What you’ll need
- A HubSpot account with permission to install marketplace apps and edit deal pipelines.
- A VAPI account and API key — Novisly uses it to place calls under your own account.
- At least one pipeline stage you want to trigger calls from.
How Novisly fits together
- Trigger — a deal enters the stage you chose.
- Agent — your AI voice agent places and runs the call via VAPI.
- Write-back — the result is saved to the HubSpot deal, which can advance automatically.
